Our mission is to provide every child with individualized support, guidance, and enrichment that fosters both academic achievement and personal growth.

We believe that true development happens when education is approached holistically. That’s why our programs are designed around the three domains of learning: cognitive, social-emotional, and physical, ensuring that children are supported in every area of their development. Each child participates in a tailored growth plan that aligns with their strengths, needs, and goals.
At the heart of our approach is 1:1 mentorship. Every student is paired with a caring mentor who provides consistent encouragement, academic support, and guidance to build confidence and resilience. Through individualized planning, mentors help students set and achieve meaningful goals, while developing habits that extend beyond the classroom.

Nothing Under Greatness is guided by a Board of Directors made up of experienced experts in education and youth programming who are deeply committed to youth success. Led by Co-Presidents Charles LeSure and Jennica Jackson, we bring a shared purpose-driven approach with more than 40 years of combined athletic and educational programming experience. Together we are able to combine strong programming and community partnerships with thoughtful administration and leadership, to create meaningful opportunities for young people.
